Provider Web Account Registration
Beginning February 3, 2003, Louisiana Medicaid providers
will need an online account with the Louisiana Medicaid
Provider Web Site ("LAMEDICAID.COM"). This account
is required to access the Clinical Drug Inquiry
Applications and other secured information online.
Instructions for requesting an online account can be
downloaded to your computer as an Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
file.
