Attention All Providers/Submitters receiving the 5010 835 Transaction (electronic remittance).
Due to a processing error, the 835 transactions posted for Fee for Service claims for the check write cycle of 06/16/2015 were incorrect. The corrected transactions have been rerun and were posted beginning Monday afternoon. The date in GS04 will appear as 20150615 in the corrected versions. Please be sure that you download the corrected version. We regret any inconvenience this has caused.
!!! ATTENTION ALL PROVIDERS !!! Louisiana Medicaid proprietary Remittance Advices (RA) are located on this web site secure portal under the link, Weekly Remittance Advices. It is the provider’s responsibility to download and save or print and save these weekly payment registers for payment reconciliation and required documentation retention. Weekly RAs will not be reprinted for providers or vendors contracted with providers. Providers must log in to the secured portal weekly and obtain the RA if one is posted for the week, and they must make arrangements to supply these documents or give access to these documents to any contractor/vendors working on their behalf.

The Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals and Molina Medicaid Solutions have created this website to make information more accessible to Medicaid providers. At this online location, providers can access information ranging from how to enroll as a Medicaid provider to directions for filling out a claim form.
In addition, providers can have direct contact with the Molina Field Analyst assigned to their area or find information on provider training. Select the Provider Support link in the table of contents on the left side of the screen to find your representative.
